Tiffany currently works with Montgomery County Public Schools to analyze resource use and equity for its growing and increasingly diverse population of students. She leads the School Design workstream, focusing on student and teacher experience, course scheduling, and school staffing models, with the goal of improving school-level resource use to ensure that every school in Montgomery County can equitably serve the needs of all its students.
Prior to joining ERS, Tiffany was the Associate Director of Operations at Uncommon Charter High School in central Brooklyn. She also led the Research and Analysis team at EducationSuperHighway, a San Francisco-based non-profit working to upgrade Internet access for every public school classroom in America. Earlier in her career, she was an Associate Consultant at the Boston Consulting Group. She has an MBA from Harvard Business School, a B.A. in Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania, and a B.S. in Economics from the Wharton School.
Outside of ERS, Tiffany enjoys reading, spending time outdoors (when weather permits), boutique fitness classes, and attempting the NYT daily crossword. She can often be found checking out books at the Boston Public Library and welcomes all book recommendations. Her guilty pleasure is re-watching early-2000s feel-good TV shows.
