Tommy, in his role as an analyst, formulates hypotheses, evaluates data, and places findings in context to help district partners improve student experiences and outcomes. Currently, he works with Dallas Independent School District’s Racial Equity Office. Specifically, he is developing dashboards for school/district leaders and the public detailing progress towards Dallas’ equity goals.
Before working at ERS, Tommy conducted research on Grow Your Own teacher pipeline programs at the Annenberg Institute for School Reform under Professor Matthew Kraft.
