In a typical in-person ERS retreat, we would cover the two sets of content below. Both of these can be helpful to gain practical tools and experience in their own ways.
These are interactive. You should engage with them as a team.

Optional Content 1: Budget Hold’em for Districts

• This exercise is played in a similar way as you played Budget Hold’em for Schools in Part 2
• Play in teams of 3-4, coming together as a larger group (if applicable) to debrief
• There is no video, the slides and slide notes are intended to be your tool to play

• Cards: In your Welcome package, you should have received a box of Budget Hold’em for Districts cards. Use them to play!
• This exercise is also on ERS’ website, should you wish to use that tool to play instead.
