ERS held a summit, Sustaining Turnaround at Scale, in an effort to gather districts and organizations at the forefront of turnaround efforts to share and build ideas on what it takes to do turnaround at scale: What are different districts trying? What’s working? What are the key barriers, and what needs to change to support systemic turnaround? Also check out the session summaries and video from the summit.
