Austin Alana Lewis
Austin serves as the People Operations Specialist at ERS, where she supports a wide range of HR functions including recruitment, data and systems management, and policy development. With a people-first mindset and a strong blend of organizational and analytical skills, she is dedicated to delivering thoughtful, high-impact results for her team.
She earned her Bachelor of Science in Biological Anthropology from George Washington University, where she also volunteered at the National Museum of Natural History in Washington, D.C. Driven by her passion for understanding and supporting people, Austin pursued a Master of Science at Boston University School of Medicine. After graduating, she sharpened her research and analytical expertise as a Research Technician in one of Massachusetts General Hospital’s pre-clinical research laboratories. Eventually, she transitioned into the dynamic and collaborative world of People Operations at ERS!
